What is Career Assist?Working in partnership with Cheshire West & Chester and Cheshire East Councils.
Career Assist is a blended learning project embedding e-learning within co-funded RQF Qualifications that are delivered both online and within the workplace. These qualifications are predominantly Certificates and Diplomas at Level 2 and 3, due to our ability to blend these qualifications we are able to deliver learning at a minimal cost to the employer. |
Who is eligible within this programme?
To be eligible for this programme and receive funding Learners must be 19+ years old, they must be resident within either Cheshire East or Cheshire West and Chester. Learners must be either employed or be volunteering in a suitable position.
Learners must have the flexibility, determination and drive to work with Assessors to complete action plans in the timescales agreed. How much does this programme cost?
The maximum cost to the employer is £60 per learner for learners who meet eligiability criteria and also complete the E-Learning Workbook and return this to us using the provided email address.
Some learners depending on their postcode will be FREE eligiability for this will be advised following stage 2 assesemnt of the electronic workbooks. |
Certificate in Customer Service - Level 2
This programme is nationally accredited and covers all aspects of a Customer Service role.
This includes working with both internal and external customers and is designed to grow learners confidence within their job role and support progression within their job role.
Units covered include:
· Communicating with customers
· Legislation surrounding customer service delivery
· Giving customers a positive impression of themselves & the organisation
· Doing their job in a customer friendly way
· Recognizing and dealing with customer queries requests and problems
· Developing customer relationships

Diploma in Team Leading - Level 2
This programme is nationally recognised and covers all aspects of Team Leading and includes units from Leadership and Management.
In order to achieve learners must be in a position where they are responsible for supervising team members, Leading meetings and communicating information to a team. This qualification is designed to support learners to grow confidence and begin progressing into more senior positions within their own job role.
